The ingredient of Iced VoVo slushie recipe
- 75ml (11 u20442 cups) coconut milk
- 250ml (1 cup) coconut water
- 125g (1 cup) frozen raspberries
- 55g (1 u20444 cup) caster sugar
- whipped cream, to serve
- strawberry topping, to serve
- shredded coconut, to serve
- Iced Vo-Vo biscuits, to serve
The instruction how to make Iced VoVo slushie recipe
- Pour 375ml (11 u20442 cups) coconut milk into a shallow airtight container.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until fifirm.
- Blend the frozen coconut milk, 250ml (1 cup) coconut water, 125g (1 cup) frozen raspberries and 55g (1 u20444 cup) caster sugar in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into 2 serving glasses.
- Top the slushies with whipped cream.
- Drizzle over strawberry topping and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
- Decorate straws with Iced Vo-Vo biscuits to serve.
