The ingredient of Iced VoVo slushie recipe

  1. 75ml (11 u20442 cups) coconut milk
  2. 250ml (1 cup) coconut water
  3. 125g (1 cup) frozen raspberries
  4. 55g (1 u20444 cup) caster sugar
  5. whipped cream, to serve
  6. strawberry topping, to serve
  7. shredded coconut, to serve
  8. Iced Vo-Vo biscuits, to serve

The instruction how to make Iced VoVo slushie recipe

  1. Pour 375ml (11 u20442 cups) coconut milk into a shallow airtight container.
  2. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until fifirm.
  3. Blend the frozen coconut milk, 250ml (1 cup) coconut water, 125g (1 cup) frozen raspberries and 55g (1 u20444 cup) caster sugar in a blender until smooth.
  4. Pour into 2 serving glasses.
  5. Top the slushies with whipped cream.
  6. Drizzle over strawberry topping and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  7. Decorate straws with Iced Vo-Vo biscuits to serve.
