The ingredient of Peach and mint iced tea granita
- 4 cups (1 litre) Fuze Juicy Peach Iced Tea
- 2 peaches, stones removed
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 20g pkt freeze dried peaches
- Small fresh mint leaves, optional
The instruction how to make Peach and mint iced tea granita
- Combine tea, peach flesh and mint leaves in a blender. Process 1-2 minutes or until almost smooth.
- Strain mixture into a 4 x 20 x 30 cm rectangular tin. Place in the freezer 4-5 hours or until firm.
- Place dried peaches in a food processor and process until fine.
- Scrape the granita with a fork and spoon into chilled serving glasses. Scatter over peach powder and top with extra mint leaves to serve.
