The ingredient of Indian chopped salad

  1. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  2. 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  3. 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  4. 2 Lebanese cucumbers, halved, sliced
  5. 6 radishes, halved, sliced
  6. 400g can Coles Brand Chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  7. 400g can Coles Brand Lentils, rinsed, drained
  8. 2/3 cup coriander, chopped plus extra leaves, to serve
  9. 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice

The instruction how to make Indian chopped salad

  1. Heat the oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Cook the cumin seeds for 1 min or until fragrant. Cool.
  2. Place onion, cucumber, radish, chickpeas, lentils, chopped coriander and lime juice in a bowl. Drizzle with cumin mixture. Season. Toss to combine. Top with coriander leaves.
